This is kinda a weird question. Let me explain the situation a little. My
fiance and I are planning on getting married after he graduates from college.
We want to get married before that, but he is attending a military college that
does not allow the students to be married. This summer he will have to move in
with me, because he will not be able to afford living on his own for three
months. Is there anything that we can do without calling it marriage. So that
this will be ok under the eyes of God? Please help. Thank you.

Those who are not married have no business living as though they were married. The Bible clearly condemns fornication, which is any sex outside of marriage (1 Cor 6:19f). The Bible also says to abstain from every appearance, or form of evil (1 Thess 5:22). In your situation, you need to find separate living arrangements until you get married.
